Is your product certified or approved for use in Canada?
We are currently in the process of re-certifying our roofing membrane through the Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC). This certification ensures compliance with national building codes and provides assurance of performance, safety, and reliability. In parallel, we are aligning our testing with CAN/CGSB requirements, widely recognized across the Canadian roofing industry.
How much roof area can you cover in a single day?
Thanks to our rapid cold-applied process and proprietary mobile unit, we can apply over 10,000 square feet of roofing membrane in a single day under normal site conditions. This speed significantly reduces labor costs, minimizes building downtime, and makes large-scale projects more efficient.
Is your technology patented?
Yes, we have five active patents in the United States covering both our proprietary mobile application unit and the roofing membrane formulation. These patents protect the uniqueness of our technology and reinforce Bramal Roofing’s leadership in innovative, sustainable roofing solutions.
Do you work directly with building owners, or only with contractors?
We partner with certified installers to ensure the system is applied correctly and safely. Building owners can request our system through Bramal Roofing at which point we can connect you with certified partners in your area.
Is your roofing membrane compatible with existing roofs?
Yes. Our system can be applied on both new and retrofit flat roofing projects. It bonds to a variety of substrates, making it an excellent option for extending the life of existing roofs without a full tear-off — saving both cost and environmental impact.
